❝ As dictated by the teachings of Christianity, those who attend the same school should treat their fellow students as their kind neighbors - with acquitted friendship, sincerity, and engage in caring and meaningful exchanges - that’s the goal of the Neighbours Club. The Neighbors Club is to help those without friends gain the social and friend-making skills one needs in order to thrive socially with normals. Activities and events revolve around honing said skills and getting oneself familiar with common activities normal friends do. ❞


❝ The Neighbors Club was originally established by Yozora Mikazuki and Kodaka Hasegawa at St. Chronica highschool in Japan. A branch in Zodion has been established by Yozora Mikazuki and Rika Shiguma to continue the club's mission statement. ❞

❝ To join simply show up and be interviewed by either Yozora Mikazuki or Rika Shiguma. Once you pass the application process, you will officially be a member of the club.

You must have some of the following qualifications:
• Not a normal
• Not being able to make friends
• Not having many friends
• People fearing and or avoiding you
• Not having a lot of experience with social situations and friends

Other various qualities will be accessed by Yozora Mikazuki and Rika Shiguma to see an applicant's worthiness. ❞
